The fee is AUD $12,700 per person for single registration with a Deluxe King room, or AUD $10,400 per person for two people sharing a Deluxe Twin room.

The two-person rate applies only when both participants register together and stay in the same twin room.

The fee includes six nights’ accommodation in Shenzhen from 7 to 13 November 2026, hotel breakfasts from 8 to 13 November, the specified group lunches and dinners, four key business events, scheduled enterprise visits, group transport during the formal itinerary from 8 to 12 November, and the designated Shenzhen airport group transfers.

Flights, visas, domestic and international travel and medical insurance, personal transport, hotel deposits, drinks and extra orders, room charges, medical expenses and other personal spending are not included. Flights and other transport that you arrange to connect with the delegation are at your own cost.

The two-person rate applies when both participants register at the same time, sign their agreements, pay in full by the deadline and share the confirmed twin room. Both bookings must be confirmed for the two-person rate to take effect.

If both participants have paid in full and the booking has been confirmed, we will contact the remaining participant. They may propose an eligible replacement roommate, share the twin room with a suitable participant arranged by the organiser, or stay alone by paying the single-occupancy difference stated in their agreement.

By signing the agreement for a shared twin room, each participant consents to the organiser arranging a suitable replacement roommate if their original roommate withdraws. During registration, we will ask about any requirements relevant to a suitable roommate. Before confirming a replacement, we will provide the proposed roommate’s name and room-sharing details in writing and consider any reasonable concerns. We will share email addresses only with both participants’ permission.

The participant who withdraws is subject to the applicable cancellation terms. If no suitable room arrangement can be made and the remaining participant chooses to withdraw, their refund will be calculated under the service agreement. It will be no less than the refund available under the cancellation schedule on the date we receive their withdrawal notice.

The single-registration fee is AUD $12,700 per person, while the two-person rate is AUD $10,400 per person when two registered participants share a Deluxe Twin room. The difference is AUD $2,300.

If your confirmed roommate withdraws and you choose to stay alone, you would pay the AUD $2,300 single-occupancy difference. We will confirm the room arrangement with you before any additional payment is due.

Please register, sign the agreement and pay the participation fee in full by 16 October 2026. Instalment payments are not accepted.

Registration may remain open after this date, subject to availability. Any extension will be announced separately.

Submitting a form alone does not confirm a place; the agreement requires signing, full payment and written confirmation.

If the delegation does not proceed, we will refund your participation fee in full to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Flights are not included in the participation fee. If you have booked flights separately, you will need to contact the airline or your travel insurer about any refund or change.

The ATO advises that services booked in Australia for use overseas can be GST-free, including overseas accommodation, transport, meals and tours. As the delegation services are planned to take place in China, we expect the participation fee to be GST-free.
